At The center, families are treated with dignity and compassion. healthy bodies, minds, and spirits strengthen families and futures.
Comprehensive care is provided for families through an onsite doctor and nurse, medical students, volunteers, and partnerships with local providers and specialists.
Services include primary and outpatient care, mental health support, wellness checks, nutrition education, health fairs, and home visits. The program also includes ongoing child wellness visits and development monitoring to support healthy growth.
When more advanced care is needed, The Center accompanies families through referrals to specialized or emergency services—ensuring they are not navigating complex systems alone.
